Information and service enquiries
We collect the contact details, service location, and enquiry information you choose to provide so we can process your request and share it with the service company identified when you submit it. A request does not confirm availability, a price, or dispatch.
With the required consent, calls may be recorded, transcribed, and handled by an identified automated assistant. You can request unrecorded human routing where available. Protected recordings and transcripts are ordinarily retained for 90 days, subject to dispute holds and provider requirements.
Optional visit attribution starts only when you enable it. We use hosting, communications, and email providers to operate this service. We do not treat a service request as permission for unrelated marketing. Contact the publisher identified on this site to request access, correction, or deletion. Financial records have separate retention requirements.

Heating & coolingBefore the HVAC installer leaves: a useful handover checklist
Collect equipment models, operating instructions, commissioning information, permit records and warranty responsibilities. A finished-looking installation is not the same as a documented handover.

Heating & coolingA new HVAC noise: describe the sequence, not a guessed part
Record when the noise occurs, where it is heard and whether comfort or operation changed. A safe recording can help service intake, but sound alone does not identify a failed component.

Heating & coolingWater near the indoor AC unit: what to report
Record where water first appears, whether it coincides with cooling and what equipment or finishes are nearby. Condensate-related issues need assessment; do not assume every puddle has the same source.

Heating & coolingBefore buying an HVAC maintenance plan, read the visit scope
Compare the actual inspection and maintenance tasks, scheduling, exclusions and renewal terms. A membership label or priority-service promise does not define what will happen during a visit.

Heating & coolingCompare HVAC estimates by the installed result
Match equipment, design assumptions, duct and electrical work, controls, permits and commissioning before comparing HVAC totals. A model number and price alone leave important scope questions unanswered.

Heating & coolingWhy HVAC sizing should start with the home
Ask how the contractor assessed the home’s heating and cooling loads, distribution and planned changes. Reusing the old unit’s size or choosing a larger one is not a complete design method.
