## Start with the problem you want solved

A replacement project should begin with the building and its comfort needs.

## Lehi: planning the visit

When a home office, finished basement or addition changes occupancy, explain the new room use before selecting HVAC equipment. Describe when the comfort problem appears and which spaces remain comfortable. Ask how the proposed work handles distribution and controls rather than simply replacing the existing unit.

## Questions and answers

### Can I choose the same size as the old system?
